Product Accuracy & Representation

Prime Source Plug sources its product catalog through established third-party vendors and suppliers. As a result, product photography displayed on our website is primarily provided by or derived from those vendors and may not represent the exact physical item you receive in every detail. Variations in color, texture, packaging, labeling, or minor aesthetic characteristics may occur between the item photographed and the item fulfilled.

Notwithstanding the above, Prime Source Plug commits that every product delivered to a Customer will be a fair and reasonable depiction of the item listed. The core product — its type, style, intended function, and general appearance — will accurately correspond to what was advertised. We do not engage in bait-and-switch practices of any kind.

Our product listings are generated and maintained through an automated system; however, every product featured in our catalog has been individually reviewed and hand-selected by our team prior to being made available for sale. Automation facilitates listing efficiency — it does not replace human curation and judgment.

Product Authenticity

All products sold by Prime Source Plug are genuine, physical goods sourced from real suppliers and vendors. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented merchandise. Every item in our catalog represents an actual product that has been reviewed for inclusion by our sourcing team.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a physical consumer good and that Prime Source Plug represents only the legitimacy of the product category and general specifications as listed — not any particular brand's internal quality standards beyond what our sourcing review has determined to be acceptable.

Quality Standards & Batch Variance

Prime Source Plug maintains a quality threshold for all products offered through our storefront. However, because we source goods in batches from third-party vendors, there may be infrequent instances in which a specific batch of product does not meet our standard quality expectations. Such variance is beyond our direct control once a batch has been fulfilled to us.

In the event that a Customer receives a product that materially fails to meet reasonable quality expectations — including but not limited to significant manufacturing defects, structural failure, or gross misrepresentation of quality — Prime Source Plug reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer one or more of the following remedies:

• Issuance of store credit in the amount equal to the purchase price of the affected item(s);
• A promotional discount code applicable to a future purchase;
• Replacement of the item, subject to inventory availability.

The specific remedy offered will be determined by Prime Source Plug on a case-by-case basis following review of the Customer's claim. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for any quality-based remedy consideration.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales made through Prime Source Plug are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, sizing dissatisfaction, or subjective aesthetic disagreement with the product received.

Refund or return consideration will only be entertained under the following conditions:

• The item received is demonstrably defective and cannot reasonably serve its intended purpose;
• The item received is materially and significantly different from what was listed — not merely a minor variance as described in Section 1;
• The item was damaged in transit due to improper packaging attributable to our fulfillment.

To initiate a quality or defect claim, the Customer must contact Prime Source Plug at our designated support contact within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be considered. Supporting documentation, including clear photographic evidence of the issue, is required for all claims.

Approved remedies will be issued as store credit or a replacement item unless otherwise determined at PSP's discretion. Monetary refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and will only be issued under exceptional circumstances as determined solely by Prime Source Plug.

Shipping & Delivery

Prime Source Plug aims to fulfill and ship all orders within our standard processing window. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout as a general guide and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, geographic location, customs processing (for international orders, if applicable), and other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been tendered to the designated shipping carrier, Prime Source Plug's direct responsibility for the physical handling of that shipment ceases. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier during transit. However, we will make reasonable good-faith efforts to assist Customers in resolving carrier-related issues where possible.

In the event of a lost or missing shipment, the Customer must notify Prime Source Plug within 14 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for consideration. Lost package claims are subject to investigation and carrier dispute processes, which may take additional time to resolve.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the Customer upon our tender of the order to the carrier.

Payment & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase on plugsource.store, you authorize Prime Source Plug to charge your designated payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors and are subject to their respective terms.

All sales are considered final upon successful payment authorization. Prime Source Plug strongly encourages Customers to contact us directly to resolve any order concerns or disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution or card issuer.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Prime Source Plug and allowing a reasonable period for resolution constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, Prime Source Plug reserves the right to dispute the claim, provide transactional evidence to the relevant payment processor or financial institution, and pursue recovery of any associated fees or losses through available legal channels.

Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from placing future orders with Prime Source Plug.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet entered fulfillment or been shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted via our designated contact method and are subject to approval at Prime Source Plug's discretion.

Prime Source Plug reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time prior to fulfillment, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product is no longer available or is out of stock;
• A pricing or listing error was identified;
• The order is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity;
• Failure to verify payment or Customer information.

In the event Prime Source Plug cancels an order, the Customer will be notified and a full refund to the original payment method will be issued within a reasonable timeframe. PSP shall not be liable for any additional compensation beyond the refund of the order value in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All content on plugsource.store, including but not limited to the Prime Source Plug name, PSP brand identity, logos, site design, original graphics, written content, and trade dress, is the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Source Plug and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any PSP-owned content is strictly prohibited.

Product names, brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced in our product listings that belong to third-party manufacturers or brands (including but not limited to New Balance, ASICS, and similar) are the sole property of their respective owners. Prime Source Plug makes no claim of ownership over any third-party brand identity and references such names solely for the purpose of accurately identifying the products being sold.

The presence of third-party brand names or trademarks on this website does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of Prime Source Plug by those brands or their parent companies.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of this website and the ability to place orders through plugsource.store is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this site or completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

This website is operated from the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this site, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Missouri for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

If you are accessing this website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Privacy & Data Collection

Prime Source Plug collects personal information necessary to process and fulfill your orders, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. This information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer communication, and internal business operations.

Our website is powered by Shopify. Shopify's data handling practices, including payment security and data storage, are governed by Shopify's own Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at shopify.com. Prime Source Plug does not independently store payment card data.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except as necessary to complete your order (e.g., providing your shipping address to the carrier). We may use your email address to send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and, if you have opted in, promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Source Plug's total liability to any Customer for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, a purchase, or use of this website shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Prime Source Plug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any product purchased through it, even if Prime Source Plug has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms or your relationship with Prime Source Plug.

Contact & Dispute Resolution

Prime Source Plug is committed to resolving Customer concerns in a fair and timely manner. Before pursuing any formal legal action or initiating a payment dispute, Customers are required to contact us directly and allow a minimum of 5 business days for a response and resolution attempt.

All formal inquiries, claims, and disputes must be submitted through our designated contact channels as listed on plugsource.store/pages/contact. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant documentation or photographic evidence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Missouri. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit with respect to any dispute arising under these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

Prime Source Plug reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of plugsource.store following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the website.
