Shipping Policy

Prime Source Plug works with independent third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to source and ship products to customers.

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 5–16 business days depending on product availability, supplier speed, carrier movement, order volume, and destination.

Most orders arrive within approximately 14 business days, but delays can happen during high-volume periods, holidays, supplier delays, customs checks, or carrier issues.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped. Tracking may take time to update after it is created.

Prime Source Plug is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs, weather, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping may be available when the order qualifies for the current free shipping threshold.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order has been placed and processing has started.

Prime Source Plug sources products through independent third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Because each order is sourced, checked, and processed specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected, change of mind, shipping delays within the stated delivery window, or minor product variations.

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the item received is completely different from what was ordered, arrives damaged, or has a major defect that was not disclosed.

To request a review, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos or video of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• A description of the issue

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the condition received.

If the claim is approved, Prime Source Plug may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued when the issue is verified and a replacement is not reasonable.

Prime Source Plug is not responsible for sizing issues, customer address mistakes, missed delivery attempts, or normal differences in color, material texture, packaging, stitching, tags, or measurements caused by supplier or screen/display variation.
